Previously, he held key roles at Fisher Investments and Balboa Capital. His vision is transforming how small businesses access capital.

Mr. Lyulkin transformed Cardiff from a finance broker to a balance sheet funder. He engineered the firm’s unique culture of conscious leadership and manages the firm’s relationships with investors and capital sources. Prior to Cardiff, Dean was an executive at Fisher Investments.
